I sleep pretty good.
Yes, I can't wait for Destiny, but I learned myself to be patient.
I had other games where I weren't patient, it was a hell for the last month before release. :P

Just play games, watch playthroughs of games, watch anime (if you like that). And most of all, don't visit the forums too much. :D For the rest, you learn yourself, because I know that feeling about going crazy, it's not fun, I had it with Borderlands 2, and then I said to myself. No more, the game will come anyhow. :D
