I feel that the rules all apply well to the democracy idea,right now I have no problems with the rules

Maybe go a little bit more in detail to the requirements to be a champion/hero.And maybe put some info about red and blue banner there I.E=Red Banner-elite cohort who go above and beyond expectations and are considered the best of the best. Blue Banner-cohort that holds the more causal players or people training to be red banner.

Maybe a tournament once a month were the blue banner competes against each other in matches and the winner/s get to join red banner?

ok new idea Fred what if we could make a deal with MLG and PGL? make the blue banners people who want PGL and their benefits and MLG are people who want in on MLG and their benefits... it could be the "Gladiator Package" the legionaries could be our casual pvp players (because most multiplayer games are pvp anyways) and they could be our PvE players.

Our Champions would be the winners of the blue Gladiator or red Gladiator teams in the tournament

So what you're saying is...blue banner can be people who want in PGL and it's benefits and red banner can be people who want to be in MLG and it's benefits,and legionaries can be the causal played for PVP and PVE,and the champions would be the best team of gladiators for each blue and red banner,also heroes would be the best raid group for read and blue each.if I understood anything from here wrong feel free to correct me but I feel it's a good idea

You are not wrong Fred but we could have the champions for both Red and Blue banners or we could one team of Champions who are the best of either group (could get a special banner too like gold banner then anyone who was a champion would be a gold banner) also I think we should be strict on the code of conduct so that we build quality gamers. people who respect each other people who respect the game and do not curse... we should make it that being apart of SPQR is like being at a higher level of gaming that we are good people... that we do help the community and think of others. excuse my grammar I know it is atrocious.

Ok I like the idea of making the gold banner by taking the best out of both groups and I definetly feel that we have to enforce the code of conduct,I.E: respect,not cursing(at each other,competitive matches are ok)so we can be seen as good people

another rule fred... anyone who is broadcasting apart of SPQR Legion mus represent SPQR Legion in either their twitch name or on their channel Title. I would like to see SPQR Legion supporting our broadcasting members and our broadcasters giving the love back by promoting SPQR Legion. (does this sound fair?)
