I think macingtons got it
The band is called "______ 7 burial seals" I think.
It was offered by the speaker in the beta if someone can link it.
Chest is heart of praxis fire, the arms an legs are unrecognizable and he probably has a shader equipped.
Sniper on back so weapon he's holding must be a primary, auto rifle or pulse rifle.
Place is definitely Venus, snowy mountain matches previous video footage of Venus.

OH YEAH!! that's right, it had a name change in the beta. It was called "something burial ring" in the alpha. Or maybe there's multiple names for the same aesthetic ( noticed that from alpha to beta.) anyways your spot on buddy this is it!

I do remember a similar looking ring of a different colour but I couldn't find it
