A third subclass at release wouldn't surprise me. I'm kind of hoping Bungie is saving this huge surprise for when the game gets released...though that's probably just wishful thinking.
Frankly, I'd be MORE surprised if they NEVER released a third subclass - future DLC is a strong possibility.

Only problem I see with it being DLC is, yeah it makes sense, but once it came out [i]everybody[/i] would switch to using just because it's [i]new nd kewl[/i], lol.

Once people get over the newness of it they'll pick what works better for the meta. After the shinyness of blade dancer faded I began thinking about how good the gunslinger can actually be for a longer range support dps.

Yea, that's how it is in every game though. The newest classes are always the sexy new hotness.
