Match making leads to whining
Whining leads to nerfing
Nerfing leads to actually good players quitting
Why? Why would whining lead to nerfing? You're saying that Bungie can ignore the people that want Raid matchmaking, but they can't ignore the people that would want Raids nerfed?

Idiots whined about the Interceptor being OP. Cuz you know, a foot soldier should TOTALLY be able to take on a TANK! Even anti-tank infantry work in groups, tells you something doesn't it? Well, Bungie listened and nerfed it. Even limited it to one, I doubt people will try rush for it now. The ONLY map to have vehicles just got a wee bit less fun. People who cry for nerfs because they are too incompetent to handle the challenge deserve to be laughed at, and discriminated against by better players. Speaking of discrimination, matchmaking will lead to discrimination between those who are successful and organized and those who lack the mental capability to employ squad tactics.

Actually it's if they don't ignore matchmaking people they won't ignore the bitching nerf people
-
Again I ask, why?
-
If they're willing to sacrifice on one aspect because of people bitching, what makes you think they wouldn't sacrifice on another? I personally don't think they're going to budge on anything; matchmaking, proximity chat, splitscreen
-
I just don't like the argument that if Bungie budges on one thing then they'll budge on this and that too. I think they should be adult enough to budge on the things that they want to budge on and not budge on the things they don't want to budge on. If they don't want to budge on anything then fine, but just because they change one thing, doesn't mean they're going to go nuts and change everything just because people complain. At least, I hope not.

It's not so much giving into what people want, it's more about adjusting their vision. If they male raids the hard endgame content they claim they'll leave it. If they decide they want to make it more accessible for everyone then they'll make it a bit easier for everyone too. Their aim is still giving everyone the best experience, so they'll have to alter the experience
-
People should also be adult enough to use the options available to them in order to participate in given content, but hey we do have kids and man-children playing this game too I guess ...

I know right? Between doing strikes and befriending competent players (If you and the player you want to invite are competent, you both would notice each other), using the forums to get IDs or arranging a raid, AND the fact Bungie does support clans...I just don't know what to say, if people are too lazy to do any of those things then they have no business raiding.
