I made a Clan within the small community. I am looking for 30 Clanmates and 100 (70 after the 30). My main force for raids and PvP. The rest are here to have fun doing contests and special events. I have software running the organization aspect. I keep tabs on my members. I use to run a Guild with around 239 members. I had no problem. Also Joker Nation had over 1000 worldwide. I only led the Black Flame State (US) not the White Flame State (EU). I like keeping people active and coming back for more. The Clan aspect are for my more serious members. The ones that want to go higher. The top 10.

I find it funny how clans are being shown on the leaderboard already. I believe what our progression is, is more important as well as meet the expectations.
