I agree, but only PvE should actually be buffed up.
So many people would complain if the throwing knife was 1 hit kill in PvP

People will complain about any changes that Bungie makes. It's human nature I suppose. Even now, people are complaining about the shotgun and fusion rifle doing one hit kills. It doesn't mean their complaining is valid in any way. But alas, I was proven wrong by another user...
