Only if they have it as an option to turn it off. I'm a lone wolf and would rather not hear people's crap. Otherwise, I see no problem with this.

The strength of the wolf is in the pack. A lot of the content in this game is best experienced with other people may even require other people to complete *Cough cough* Raids *Cough cough*
