Have you seen the Jigoku? It has great impact and stability, terrible fire rate, but great for sniping and boss battles like Septik Prime and walkers. But don't try for PvP unless u like to snipe.
[spoiler]I'm not saying that it's better than the Singen, but it is pretty close to Singen level when it comes to PvE[/spoiler]

I'd rather just snipe than go for long range with the Jigoku, I've tried it. I prefer the faster Scout Rifles, but their stability usually sucks as bad as a Pulse Rifle's.

What kind? I have an uncommon, where crouching increases zoom while aiming.
