Not to pull the curtain too far back, but there are breaks given when doing marathons. And if you choose not to take the break at that time, you can "store" them for later use. I believe it's 10 min/hour from what I read. So 6 hours of continuous playing = 1 hour break, etc. If not for these, no one could possibly make it past the 3 days mark without some serious side effects.

Very admirable. I wish you the best on your journey fellow Guardian.

I've stayed up for 3 days without sleep. Yeah, I was groggy and cranky, but I did it without any other effects. So, it's entirely feasible.
-
After 4 days without the human body begins to shut down 3 hours a day will get the body by but just barely
-
After the 3 day mark your brain will begin to wander etc you will eventually begin hallucinating etc, going 7 days with little to no sleep is stupid and self destructive. Not to say I don't support this but at least be smart and safe about it.

By the time this goes live, I will have a schedule of when to play, eat, sleep, do calisthenics, etc. Monitored almost 24/7 for safety, so it's rather going to go through with minimal problems or I'm going to crash on day 6. Just need to make it past 5 days for the record

Always plan ahead and make sure you have taken every safety precaution you can. I would recomend getting a physical before and after so you know what has to happen to recover from this challange.
