Bungie tweeted out yesterday that they are aware that Xbox One players are having issued downloading the beta. Have you already tried deleting the file and reinstalling it or restarting the console? If so you may have to sit tight until Bungie resolves the issue.
It may already be solved and I just may not be aware of it, stand by.

you must [b]totally uninstall the download[/b] from your Xbox One before you re-download it or else the re-install will also not work.

I uninstalled from the ' manage game ' option and hit uninstall. Did you do more than that?

installed 4 times, watched it fully install to 100%, get errors in differents areas now then on 3rd install

I'm on my 8th install and it still crashes at the character select screen, which is the farthest its gotten and I refuse to re-install again because where it corrupts is random everytime, 2 of them didn't even get past the main menu

Well my friend I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm sure you are all very frustrated but until Bungie releases something official there isn't really much any of us can do to help you guys. All I can say is that you should continue trying to install it.

It doesn't seem like they even know its a problem, the last F.A.Q update was almost 14hrs ago. I'm just posting hoping that they can actually see this.

Dude this thing is three days long on Xbox One while PS4 had it for 6 already. They would not have had so much on their plates had they adequately prepared and given XB1 beta more time so they can smooth out the glitches rather than rushing all the fixes over the course of three days.

POST INSTALLATION. We are NOT having DOWNLOAD issues. I got told to standby about four hours ago and still nothing from the powers that be.

Then all you can really do is uninstall the beta and then reinstall it. I used to have similar issues when downloading things on my 360 and the only way to fix a corrupted file was to reinstall it.

I've done it 8 times, each install takes around thirty minutes. I'm not wasting my day doing this if I'm going to get the same result every time.

Well like I said already, we're just going to have to wait for Bungie. It's unfortunate but we can't really do much about it.

Yes I've followed all the instructions to the letter. Including hard resets, clearing my cache, all installs at the games & apps menu without starting it early, I've done everything. The issue that they've tweeted about was everybody trying to install within the Beta itself, they have said nothing on this issue.
