One does not "manage" kids playing in a sandbox. The best that can be done is to make sure that fights are stopped before there's blood and to try to remove the occasional cat turd. Put in a more "nice" way? This #tag and the members who frequent it are capable of "managing themselves". Why anyone who posts under #offtopic would want to be "managed" is beyond me.

 • I guess he is angry about what happened to Charlie (I mean that whole thing was terrible), and was very... unsatisfied by how DeeJ handled it. I understand where he is coming from, but I think he might be a little off. I'd be okay with a Bungie employee that often would post in the forums and play a more active part. I say this because when DeeJ posts it feels like he is doing so over a loudspeaker. He never responds to anything, which is why many people feel neglected... If that makes any sense?
