I'm having the same issue. Nice to know I'm not the only one. Hopefully they'll have this fixed soon and it could also just be because the servers are very populated. Let's just hope for the best.

Yeah, any number of reasons it could be popping up. Actually, right after I posted this, the warning went away and my Emblem stopped flashing. I don't know if it mattered, but I've just stayed in Orbit for about 15 minutes.
