I'm encountering the same issue as well. It's really annoying how the Asian PSN store is always barely updated and its always a coin toss whether or not the game you bought will have DLC available on it, and now we can't even get the beta we paid for. Excellent.

It's weird because my friends who got their code from that asian ps plus promotion managed to download it through the PSN. Why aren't the bungie codes working?

The Asian PS Plus promotion probably gave codes specific to region 3. I bet most likely the idiots who manage the Asian PSN just didn't bother to do anything to make the codes work..
