You don't get the beta code until the 17th.
You should have gotten a 9 digit code that you redeem here. You'll get the beta code on the 17th just like everyone else.

That's not on Bungie. You have to talk to your retailer about that. That being said, nobody expected to get 3 beta codes per Bungie code. What system are you on?

It's not a problem. I actually snagged like 5 Bungie codes, so all of my friends have them too. I'm sitting on like 10 beta codes lol
