There are 2 easy ways 1.- Get an app called "Icon Changer" wich lets you customize all your icons, including image, name, color and shape of the icon. 2.- Get a new launcher, like nova launcher.

Also, do you know the developer that made your specific icon launcher? There's about 250 of them...
