I've downloaded FTP games from a US PSN acct and once on the PS4 I could play them with my Aus PSN acct. I would assume the reverse is true. FYI u will need go all ninja on the ccard to buy from US PSN Store (opposite of what u asked I know, just thought i'd throw that in)
