If you ordered from the PSN Store, you will not be getting a Beta code. Instead, the account that placed the preorder will be given automatic Beta access on July 17th. PSN orders in Europe have already been able to pre-load the Beta so they can start playing right at 10 AM PDT on the 17th, which is when the Beta goes live. You are supposed to receive an e-mail with this information that will likely come on the on the 17th or before.
