When the subject arises I am often told that I can't know whether or not I'll become a parent. It's funny how people think that what applies for them goes for everyone.

left out a detail. I'm not going to get children before I am that person and I think it's stupid of parents who believe they can raise children by telling them what to do and at the same time they're sending a message of double morality by doing the opposite. For example; parents telling their children not to smoke while they're puffin on cigarettes themselves.
