Edit: That didn't take long. Sources at the bottom; Yes the vault is a raid, it is within the Dust Palace area on Mars.
Before I edited this I made mention of a PS exclusive. As it turns out that is NOT Charlemagne's Vault, but a strike mission within the Dust Palace. That link is also down below.

Oh geez. Haha. To be honest I don't actually know much about Kotaku, and I think that article was one of like 5 I have ever read from them.

They didn't use to be so bad, honestly. They're just the most tabloid-esque internet journalism I have ever seen, posting articles like "Is killing women online "-blam!-" " I used to thoroughly enjoy their site, but they've gone downhill drastically since their current senior editor took over.
