I'd scrap Low Sweep for Rock Tomb. Low Sweep isn't affected by Technician anymore (and Rock Tomb is), and things like Talonflame can't switch into Breloom safely. Plus, that guaranteed speed drop might help Breloom out speed something that switches into it and safely get off a Spore or KO.
