If you're not from the Americas, you're supposed to choose Europe. Guam seems to be both...I honestly have no idea what you're supposed to pick. Ask Achronos.

Waiting to hear from someone who know's, hopefully they find my thread among the rest. If it helps my PS3 plays US coded DVDs and Blu-Ray movies.

I think it depends on the console itself (region-locked and what not).
