Trading cards were cards given out at different gaming events. These cards had codes on them that unlock loot in Destiny. There are 17 in total and the codes are available for anyone to use. Just search around and I'm sure you'll find and Reddit or Bungie.net post about it.

yes I have redeemed all of the 17, but If I want to get them I need to go at a gaming events? ( Sorry for my bad english)

Correct, they only gave them out there.

That's correct; the cards themselves are only handed out at live events.
