If someone drinks do you assume they're drunk at work? A bit of a double standard. This is why I'm against drug testing for pot for employment reasons.

Ya but drugs are illegal and alcohol is not.

Not in Washington. And that attitude is part of the problem. Pot smokers aren't junkies. The illegality is a remnant of a fight between the hemp and lumber industries.
