Aside from disabling notifications to your phone entirely through your Notification Settings in your Profile Settings I'm not aware of a way to do that, it sounds like a concurrency problem to be honest.

I guess this is more of a suggestion for later updates. I figured there wasn't anything I could do about it right now. Thank you for the response though.

No problem, I'm not sure how likely it is that the webteam will see this with all the Beta questions going on at the moment but if you tag your post with #BnetFeedback and #Feedback it might help :)
