No it doesn't point aim shot kill All other weapons aim/hip fire and when fighting a crowd make sure you don't die when reloading [spoiler]and FYI and can do both but it harder to use a non- sniper weapon[/spoiler]

Every gun is like that you fool. It is MUCH easier to get a kill with an AR/SR than it is to quick-scope. Quick-scoping takes a LOT more skill than using any other gun or regular sniping.

What he said. It isn't easy to by any means. Anyone who is at least commitment can easily kill the quick-scoper if they miss their first shot.
