Yes, you should be able to quick scope in Destiny. Why not? The sniper rifle should not be affected in any way just to prevent someone from being able to quick scope. If you really complain about people quick scoping you need to re evaluate your life. Let some people be creative and have fun with the damn video game. Not to mention it's only a one shot one kill if it's a headshot! If Bungie really targets the sniper community and prevents people from being able to quick scope, they're gonna lose a lot of respect from a large community. We (the sniper community) are a loyal community just like the rest of you who have played FPS's, so for you to think they should not let people quick scope is truly irrational and just displays your childish mindset.
