We already had this song and dance many times before, Bungie said no, heck Deej came on here and said no, the game isn't build for it, nor has Bungie promise it to be. It's a sad thing for some folks, but as a Bungie dev quite accurately said "you can't make a game that pleases everyone"

I don't live on these forums, but thanks for the info. Also you say it wasn't promised, but how can you accurately state that since the very beginning of development the main focus of a game has been multiplayer and not incorporate single console multiplayer, a multiplayer mode that is typical most multiplayer games. Had they said the focus was online multiplayer then fine, but that was't the case. Saying "you can't please everybody" is just an excuse for not living up to the expectations that made the company what it is. If the issue doesn't concern you or you don't care then don't read this particular forum.

...because it was never promised, they never directly claimed the game would have split screen, so no promise was made, if anyone made up that expectation its the players themselves just blindly assuming things. And last I checked the mods decides who gets to say what in what thread, not you, my opinions and observations are no less valued then yours, heck mines more likely not to be bias.
