It doesn't even need to be scheduled. I made one out of the blue and got several people to play.

I think a scheduled game night would be fun,but that's just me.

Of course it would, I'm just saying you don't need to put much effort into game nights to have fun. You can just make a post around prime time saying "Get on Reach" and you're guaranteed at least eight people.
