All of this could have been drastically reduced if they'd hire a PR department with even a little competence. Oh.. And someone to talk to the people and at least make them feel like their cries are being heard. Like a community manager. Boy that would be swell. A community manager...

You confuse me for one of these other guys. I'm not pitching a fit. But I can't help but point out the glaring PR disaster this last year has been. Exclusivity is a natural part of the business. But so is having someone at the helm to keep everyone calm and answer questions. Not the "ignore it until people move on" technique we have here.
