IMO it sounds like a pretty one-sided friendship. If she doesn't value you the way you do her, then don't bother.

She has some serious trust issues for all sorts of reasons, and I have a hard time blaming her for it. I wouldn't really say it's one sided, I think it's more about protecting herself from getting her by putting up a wall.
