I would think you should cancel the preorder and preorder one from a listed retailer for the Beta. GameStop Amazon Walmart.

So are you saying that Zavvi are missing leading all their customers? this is what i am trying to get at, they are advertising that they will be giving out the beta codes.

I'm not to sure but they are not listed as a Beta provider on the actual Bungie website.
