Someday, Hollywood might make a Superman movie as good and genuine as the first two with Christopher Reeves. That day will be great.

ah deci, i always wanted to know what your opinions were on CBMs. seems like you're not too fond of man of steel.
-
I am not. Also not overwhelmingly fond of Supes as he is during or post-Nu52. It seems a lot of people tasked with writing the Man Of Steel don't quite understand what it is that makes him the long-lived and loved character that can make people root for the nigh-indestructible alien against normal humans.

Edited by kgj: 7/3/2014 8:31:06 PMawww. i enjoyed it. flawed, but still retained enough positives for me to focus on.
Also not overwhelmingly fond of Supes as he is during or post-Nu52.
well there's some good stuff there. and after reading superman #32 i think johns is gonna help out a lot. that is unless he channels his justice league abilities again.

At the very least the Dini-verse stuff got the personalities and motivations right for the most part. So there is that.

Edited by kgj: 7/3/2014 8:51:01 PMno love for action comics/adventures of superman?

Still haven't gotten around to checking those out. They seem like a more pre-nu-52 depiction of Supes, but, IDK if it's worth trying anymore.
