Oh that Javelin, I thought you meant the pole arms you throw.
If I were to have a custom weapon in Destiny, it would be..
[b][i]Quiescent Lady[/i][/b] - A suppressed Sniper Rifle, if the shot does not kill, the target is marked for a brief few seconds. If you do manage to kill, you become cloaked for 4 seconds.

That's a pretty cool idea, and it would help with team players, cause you can support and mark enemies... And I mean the kind of javelin you launch, but you could use the kind you throw, and it shoot a blast of explosives straight downward after a timer goes off, so that be pretty cool also. But I really like the idea you had
