Just don't. I'm not saying I don't support the legalization of MJ or anything but honestly, it's not worth getting into.

Some people need drugs to stay happy. Others do it socially with friends. Some do it to keep their friends. People become addicts. I don't do drugs simply because I have no interest in them. And I'm a criminologist looking for a career in higher law enforcement. I don't need them to make me happy. My friends and family make me happy along with the things I like to do.

The government is silly to ban MJ. They need to legalize it completely so that we can crackdown on the hard drug users. Putting a pothead in jail is a waste of money and space. When that space could be filled by a crack user, or some other type of criminal (I.E. A rapist, serial killer...etc.) See my point? They're talking about legalizing it in seven more states in five years or so.

Why a user? Can't we decriminalize use of all drugs and legalize the sale of [b]certain[/b] drugs?

Yep I agree , maybe they should fine it or something but they overdo and waste time by putting them in prison!

A fine could work too, some criminologists say that legalization will cause more crime within those areas, but I disagree. There's got to be some way to regulate it.
