Contact the location you pre-ordered it from. Bungie can't really do anything about it.

I too am having the same problem. 4 different codes from different retailers, and all the codes have 'already been redeemed on another account'. The retailers tell me to contact you guys, and you're telling me to contact the retailer. Meanwhile the beta is getting closer and I'm going around in circles!

I have the receipts for the last 2 codes (both from Jb Hi Fi) a friend if mine pre ordered the game & the code worked 1st time, which prompted me to do the same. I entered the code on my phone right there, but no luck. The retailer then cancelled the pre order, and did another one. Once again the code came up with the message 'code already redeemed' the retailer then told me to contact BUNGIE.

Had to pre-order from another retailer (EB Games) to get a code that worked, so all is good now (besides the fact I now have Destiny pre-ordered at 3 different retailers!) will hopefully run in to some of you in the Beta!
