That's because those 23 countries have nothing worth invading over, idiot.

I'm pretty sure Panama has a pretty strategic location, but perhaps I'm not as well versed militaristically as you are, General....
-
Fun fact: The Panamanian Public Forces, while not being a standing army, does have limited warfighting capabilities.
-
Basically what I believe should be installed instead of a military; Non offensive, defense based militias/para-militaries, that are only active when needed.
-
Nope, because invading Panama would just piss off the US.
-
And why is that? It isn't because we have a military presence there by the way.... Just think about it, what does that country have....

Edited by DB5: 6/24/2014 1:20:35 AMIt has an important shipping lane in a non-volatile region. This isn't the Strait of Hormuz we're talking about here, there's little threat of it being closed

While it is nowhere near as important as the Strait of Hormuz, it does stand as an important shipping lane. Now imagine if that area was constantly under attack, and no civilian shipping could be done through that area? They are both surviving quite well, and able to maintain a very important shipping route.

What point are you trying to make?

Sentra claimed that the 23 countries I listed had nothing worth invading over, and that I am an idiot. I wanted, at the least, to refute his claim that there was nothing worth invading for, since Panama has a pretty important shipping lane. One of 23, sure, but still makes his claim null and void.

Not going to waste my time.

Seems you already have, oh great one. Sad, really... You were doing so many important things befor-oh wait no you weren't.
-
You won this and I agree with you now.
