Seems WAAAY too much for a build like that.
Try a Radeon 7970 instead of that GTX it's slightly inferior to your current GTX but is like half the price.
Oh, and get a network card so you can use a cable, Wi-Fi sucks.
With the money you save:
- Get an I7 4770k
- Get an additional 8GB of ram
- Get an SDD (Which you will install Windows and some games on or something)
