I only managed one blue. Never saw any description. But it did pull up a notice that it was rare and the Encryptor would pay handsomely for the chance at it. Sorry Hybelos it was a sudden event in the middle of a Epic Battle.

Don't worry about it, Decoherent engram seems to fit with the consensus I've gathered on Bnet and elsewhere so I'll go for that for now :)
