Why does Playstation get exclusive content?
I'm just curious why xbox and xbox one are not getting extra content and playstation is. So my question is... Why? Who makes this content? Is it payed for by the Sony vs Microsoft to up sales? What gives? Now before anyone comments, I have both next gen systems so it's not complaining, but more reaching out to the community for an explanation. Thanks all!!!

1 ReplyGtfo. Too many play station complaints. But, I'll explain. Halo has ALWAYS been exclusive to Xbox. Meaning PSN players couldn't play it. Thus many switched to Xbox. But now with Destiny, they can play something like Halo. Bungie is simply welcoming the Playstation community to Bungie. Bungie I just greeting them with exclusive stuff, as this is probably PSN's first Bungie game.

Its Marketing but its only time exclusive so I guess its not that bad :) ,we will aslo get all that sweet stuff :D

sony made some manner of deal (almost definitely monetary) to secure the content.. which is currently rumored to have been confirmed as simply timed exclusives.. ala COD ghosts content being seen on microsoft first and then arriving on sony.. (again resulting from profitable deals made)

Somebody from bungie explained what happened in one of their vids between them and MS. They were being pressured by MS and basically MS owned them or something. They found away of getting out of MS their grip by selling HALO to them and going on there own. They knocked on Sony's door for help about a new project(destiny) they had and Sony gladly accepted. Not sure vids was a long time ago either sony or activision. If I find the vids ill post it.

Sony gave them a lot of money to help promote the PS4. It must be working because I bought one the day of the Alpha.

Ms choice to invent their money in other games and not Destiny. Don't blame them they probably feel Destiny is competition for Halo
