Even if we had some why to let other know that we want to join a fire team. That would help some kind of icon or something. I was trying invite almost every player I saw and still none would join. :(

How about swiping on the touch pad to pull up a keyboard and your message would appear next to your name on screen, like when we dance and stuff?
