Halo vs. Destiny
Which game is better and yes i am doing this for fun.

You are comparing a game to a franchise. Doesn't work that way. Its like saying Apples VS Vegetables or iPhone Vs Android. Can't compare because they are different things.

Trying to compare two completely different things is tough. I like chocolate cake and I also like sushi because I enjoy variety for my taste buds. ;) [spoiler]If we didn't need a healthy diet to thrive, I could live on chocolate cake and sushi alone though.[/spoiler]

It's too early to tell. Only the alpha is currently available. Yes, the game looks extremely promising, and I'm SURE it will probably surpass Halo, but again, it's too early to tell.

Depends on which halo you are talking about, the halos that bungie made or the one/ones 343 have/are in process of making.

3 RepliesDestiny has the potential to be better than Halo, but it's too soon to tell. Also, you should distinguish which Halo you are referring to, cause Halo 2 was far superior to the others...

I'm just going to go with Halo for now, but I have not gotten a chance to play Destiny, so that could change.
