I have no real problem with retailer specific pre-order bonuses. Hell, I have no problem with Skulls being those bonuses. What I have a problem with is that one of these Skulls is the bandanna skull. The damn thing invalidates being able to complete the game on legendary because it lets anyone do it with an Infinite Rocket Launcher, Sniper, FRG, Sword etc.
(BTW, this would be a problem if it was in the game normally anyway)

To fix such a problem, all they have to do it disable unlocks and achievements. That's it.
