That would be amazing if it deflected his skull to the left, destroying the wall. And behind the wall there needs to be Solaires armor for such an achievement.

It would be an excellent Easter egg, talking to him also gives you the ability to summon him for the ancient dragon, where he cannot die.

That would be nice, since it got to the point with that boss where I had killed everything to the point of despawning, and was wearing all the prisoner clothes because I was that insane from running back to him over and over.

I know or that feel, I never killed them all though. Really the only enemies in that whole area that aren't annoying and hard to kill are the normal swords and shield drake keepers.

Edited by A Cheese Potato: 6/13/2014 5:19:55 PMI gave up having my Throne Defenders Greatsword equipped and just had the Dragon Chime and all the Lightning Spears I could attune haha. So I would have like 40 lightning spears, 30 great lightning spears and the 4 sunlight spears

Magic makes it a bit easier. For melee builds I can't imagine how much of a nightmare it would be to kill them all every time you go to the Ancient Dragon.

I can't even imagine fighting the Ancient Dragon himself with Melee

It's easy! Grower's ring of protection, the knuckle ring +2, and 99 repair powders ;)

Believe me, even with a fully upgraded ultra greatsword it isn't fun.

Edited by A Cheese Potato: 6/13/2014 5:30:44 PMYeah like with a couple other bosses in Dark Souls 2, when all else fails, Gyrm shield that shit. Or use that Gower's ring and just turn around when the flame AoE is coming at you, then use a repair powder for the ring.

Ya, I didn't do either of those things. It took atleast 5 minutes to kill him, all while not being able to take a single hit.

Yeah I just got him with my lightning spear spam on like the 52nd attempt. But I've seen people use those 2 techniques haha it just makes it look funny.
