Are there any major differences in how classes play or are they all fairly similar?
I know they have their own unique abilities but say Titans vs Warlocks/Hunters. Would it be ill advised for the latter two to go head to head with an enemy or are they just as capable as the Titan is?

Each class is made so you won't regret your choice but they can all be different if you want. Depending on how you make your class, you can be a very agile Hunter or one with more heath that functions similarly to the Titan. In their base forms, the Hunter is more agile with equal health to the Warlock, the Titan has more health than the two other classes and is as agile as the Warlock, and the Warlock has more magical supers and regenerates faster, but isn't more agile and doesn't have more health. As I said though, you can train yourself to fight however you wish.
