I'm curious OP, why was England included in this list instead of in the "other" category? I'd a few countries way before them.
Other than that, FIFA is corrupt as -blam!- so I'm going to wager Brazil.

FIFA's corruption goes without saying. They let Qatar buy the 2022 World Cup. I hope they lose it and it's moved to the US or England.

Like most sports my friend. Football, Rugby, Cricket & Tennis. We invented all those games and have not dominated those sports for a long time. :(

England is there as it is not based on World rankings, it's there because I am English (British). I agree FIFA are corrupt though, Seb Blater is a total wanker and has been taking backhanders for a fair while. About time he was found out and hopefully he will get the sack. The rest of FIFA are just as corrupt though so they should be sacked to. Can't wait for the Qatar World Cup, Qatar such a proud footballing (soccer) nation, always there or there abouts in the World Cup finals lol.

Should be great tournament, crazy that a Scottish bloke brought the game to Brazil and since then they are one if the greatest footballing nations on the planet. I really hope they do something to remember the poor Brazilians that died constructing the stadiums to make the World Cup possible. I also hope that the millions of poor Brazilians living in the favelas get something out of it. Instead of the already rich corporations making shit loads of money, they should give most of their profits away so they can improve the living conditions for the poor.

I highly doubt that the money Brazil gets from this is going anywhere good. I really think that there might be some terrible things to come during the games. If anything the money will just be used for the upcoming olympics.

If the tournament goes smoothly, but the people don't receive anything afterwards, something big will probably happen due to the olympic spending.
