I really hope that isn't pre-rendered. It looks that way in the beginning of the trailer but then it looks like it's in-game graphics.

It's Pre-Rendered In-Engine. Just like past ND games. Basically you won't notice much of a difference. Undoubtedly it will go from cutscene to gameplay seamlessly like it did in the past.

I think it will look very close to this. Naughty Dog know how to make good looking games.
