The Dust community, at least the randoms I had the misfortune of being stuck with in matches, were horrible idiots. Not all bunnies were the same, though I will admit the players who performed well as a unit were in the minority. I think the biggest issue with the Eve to Dust relationship was there before Dust even came along. It was a neat idea, but PC is where that kind of game belongs. The average console shooter player is not going to be remotely interested in the deeper mechanics.

Lol, CCP won't be around to start work on Legion, they're currently laying people off. Legion hasn't even got the green light yet. If you don't forum for Dust I would suggest you do some research.

This. They're are technically canceling 2 out of 4 of their games. World of darkness and dust. That Valkyrie game is no where to be found and eve is a cash cow. Without eve CCP would be bankrupt. Add that to their utter bs master skills and you have a untrustworthy company that can not be trusted. Legion will likely never come. I wouldnt be surprised if less than 5 percent of dust 514 players move on to legion lol.

I regularly play EVE, a game that is much better than DUST and I absolutely loath Dust bunnies due to their general stupidity and inability to follow basic instructions. CCP is going nowhere. They'll still be around to take care of EVE, Valkyrie, and the coming Legion. The only thing that wont be around much longer is DUST. Thanks for proudly displaying your ignorance though.

Never said DUST was sticking around. I bailed after the big DUST fanfest announcment. Still go to the forums from time to time though. EVE of course isn't going anywhere of course, you EVEtards are the only people CCP wants to make happy, hence why DUST was shut down, a bunch of carebears who can only manage a mouse click or 2 every couple of minutes were getting rocked on a controller based game. So yea, let me know how Legion goes. If it even gets the green light it wont be till next year, and again, look into the DUST forums, read how it took CCP years to take 35 steps back from the original vision before sucking all the money they could out of the player base and bailing out on DUST. You may wanna stay in your space ship there buzz lightyear, youe PC leet-ness means **** all here.

Not mad, and I played EVE as well. Never said everyone in EVE was a miner, just that a bunch of them are. A ton, in fact. And yea, I had the pleasure of coordinating Orbital Support for FW plenty of times, mainly Min and Gal. I understand how the game works. I also understand EVE is comprised of a bunch of shut in who look for fights on the internet. Read my original post. Where did I say DUST was awesome? Why do you think I was talking about a DUST exodus? Why do you think I haven't played since the FF announcment? DUST had potential, I think even you could acknowledge that, and it was somewhat entertaining, but the overall package was crap. Of course, thats on your friends at CCP, seeing as how they stopped all development on the game 8 months or so ago, but were still kind enough to push AUR on the community. Not sure why you are getting all worked up over a game you haven't played and obviously have no intrest in. It's goibg away, don't worry. You theoretically will have your Legion closed beta in 4 years or so (if you are lucky).

Could DUST have been great? Yeah, it could have. But when CCP outsourced it to Epics China branch it was all over. Those people couldn't develop a game to save their life and the fact that they shut down midway through development proved this. That and them making it exclusive to a platform whose player base isn't exactly fond of shooters. You would do well to not put words in other peoples mouths. You need to correct your statement, I didn't imply anything, you FELT like I implied something. I would imagine it is due to feelings of inadequacy on your part, I really could care less though. I could care less what you felt like I was saying, my post wasn't directed towards you, you have no reason to be here as you don't seem to have a DUST character to represent, and yet you want to have a hissy fit about semantics and how things make you feel. Uhhh, that means if you have not heard the news, as you obviously have not, since you don't play DUST, don't care about DUST, and don't attend the forums on DUST, Legion is not even a game yet, and it may never come into existance, obviously you were not aware of this as you stated a game that is only an idea and not actually created yet is better than a game that actually exists and is currently running. You seemed to be interested in Legion, so I thought you may want to hop on the DUST forums and get some actual information on it, since it appears you feel it is out already. If you want to play the insinuation game you probably shouldn't have trolled into a post for DUST vets to represent their toons. Bad troll is bad. So now that we know you don't like DUST, why are you still here?

Lol, i'm just wondering why you are so worked up over the topic of veteran DUST players performing a role call here in the Destiny forums. There are a bunch of people transfering from DUST to Destiny, and Registries are a sort of DUST forum tradition. People like to keep in touch from game to game. And yet you have a problem with this. I start a DUST role call and you go on a tirade about how DUST sucks and Legion is so much better and how EVE is so much better. It has nothing to do with the post, but you just won't let it die. You are so broken up on the inside that you have to try to ruin everyone elses fun. Did you get Proto stompped 1 too many times in DUST. Is that what this is all about? Show me where the Rail Rifle touched you. Or was it an Assault Dropship. If you arent on the verge of tears on the inside, why are you still in a thread that you don't care about, talking about stuff that does not pertain to the thread? Go ahead and respond, we both know you will, but unless its with a DUST toon name and Corp, then you response doesn't mean jack. Uhh, you actually said- Legion>Dust Which means Legion is greater than DUST, understandable you would forget what the > symbol means, i'm a bunch of years removed from math classes myself and all those symbols can be tricky to remember. So, yeah, you did say Legion is greater than DUST, which is untrue since, as we have been over 1000 times, and as you say you understand but I really don't think you understand, Legion does not exist yet. It's like saying a space fighter is better than a f-15. The statement is untrue since the former does not exist. Are you starting to grasp this all now? And please, I have no intrest in hearing about anus'. You are free to live the lifestyle you want to live, and its great you can marry in some states now, but please, leave that in your bedroom, there are children on these forums.
