A lot is from Mexico, but they grow a shit ton in California which arguably has the best weather for it. And indoor is indoor.

California surpassed Holland almost a decade ago in genetics and cultivation techniques for sure. But Colorado is now the mecca. The cannabis horticultural landscape of that state is growing tremendously, specifically in the extracts department. I've seen more impact from that state over the last four or five years than the rest of the world combined.
