Two halves of an English muffin, topped with ham or bacon, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce? That does sound good.

There's a restaraunt at SFO (San Francisco International Airport) called [url=http://www.yankeepier.com/sfoairport/]Yankee Pier[/url] that does this incredibly well, but tops it with Dungeness crab meat. It's incredible! Other versions have asparagus added, or other toppings that add texture, taste and things of interest. But even in its "classic" mode, it is delicious.
